2026 SouthernXC Series

The 2026 SouthernXC MTB race series will consist of 4 standalone rounds spread across Hampshire. Riders will be awarded points based on the finishing positions and their best 3 results of the 4 rounds will combine to create their series position.

There are race options for all riders regardless of ability, from 5 year olds through to 60+ year olds. Whether it's your first MTB race or you're a dab hand at it you're more than welcome at a SouthernXC race.

A slight change to the Novice category races for Female and Open riders. To encourage progression and try to preserve the Novice category for those looking to build confidence these races will not be series counting, and once you manage to get on the podium on a Novice race you will have to race in Sport or an age group category going forward. The entry fee has been reduced to reflect this!

Round 1 - Matterley

 Matterley Estate is nestled in the South Downs National Park just south of Winchester and is surround by stunning rolling hills!

A favorite with all riders! Filled with flowing single track that will keep you smiling. If you've not raced at Crow Hill you're in for a treat!

​24th May

Folly Farm has become one of the 'to do' races. It's a challenging course with plenty of ups and downs to keep you on your toes. A real banger!
